Ray-Bar’s Lead Lined Vision Lite Frames are fabricated with 18 gauge cold-rolled steel with baked enamel or powder coated color finishes, mitered corners and internal lead lining to specified shielding requirements. The x-ray safety glass is permanently labeled and meets ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC 16 CFR 1201 CAT 2 for impact resistance requirements.

Stock sizes: 8x10, 10x10, 10x12, 12x12, 12x16, 16x16, 18x18, 18x24, 18x30, 18x36, 24x24, 24x30, 24x36 and 36x36 are promptly available and ready to ship. Custom sizes are also available.

Metal vision frames are available with "Snap-On" real wood veneers that are easily stainable. They are available in Red Oak, Mahogany, Maple and Cherry to give a close match to your natural wood veneer lead lined door. All lead lined frames and x-ray lead safety glass and ceramic glazing assemblies are also available as UL fire-rated 20 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute (with size limitations).
