The Global Reach of Xypex

Xypex is no stranger to Nepal. Our previous projects provided concrete waterproofing and protection for the King’s Palace, Hotels and airport. Still, a project such as the Druk Amitabha Monastery does serve to remind us of the extent of our international reach and the wide scope of clients that find value in our technology and products.
The Monastery overlooks the Kathmandu valley and serves as a centre of traditional and modern learning for Buddhist monks and nuns. Xypex played an extensive role in the Monastery’s repair, rehabilitation and waterproofing program – providing a two-coat application to four separate concrete structures including the Buddha Statue foundation, Ground Water Storage Facility, Rain Water Harvesting Reservoir and the Prayer Hall.
