Parliament House at 81 Black Prince Rd. is situated in the exclusive Albert Embankment with stunning views of the Thames, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Tate Britain and Westminster. Set in the heart of Lambeth, Parliament House is an architecturally stunning design created by the combination of contemporary design and luxury living.

The project is a Telford Homes development offering suites, apartments, and penthouses with high end finishes and amenities including private balconies, gym, and concierge service. The 23 story residential tower was designed by award winning architect Keith Williams Architects and replaces a vacant sixties era office block.

The exterior façade features more the 3,260 m2 of StoneLite® material comprised of two different stone types. More than 900 St. Hubert SLG high honed limestone 5’x8’ panels were installed. Impala Black granite panels with a honed and brushed finish in a 4’x8’ module size were utilized at the base course.

A construction challenge in a densely populated area is the extremely limited lay down area. SPI was able to address this challenge by manufacturing and shipping our StoneLite® panels according to the customer’s predetermined installation schedule.

Seven (7) containers were shipped via ocean transport on a staggered shipping schedule of one container per month. The speed and ease of installing our product allowed T & D Glazing, the installation company, to seamlessly adhere to their target schedule. TD Glazing was able to install the current shipment while the next shipment was in route thereby reducing the amount of space needed for storage and/or damage to product through constantly moving it to make room for other trades.
