To keep a busy office complex up-to-date in a trendy neighborhood, Nawkaw was called in to clean, repair and stain this 20,000 square foot building.

After removing previous finishes, giving careful attention to areas around the upper glass canopy, Nawkaw created a textured finish and applied a custom-tinted stain using a roll and brush technique.
