The Ventilation Fan/Light with Soft Surround’s stylish and functional perimeter lens features an 800 lumen LED light engine and 3000K color temperature for lighting that enhances natural skin tones. The lens shape helps light reach the far corners of a room and the low-profile grille installs close to the ceiling for a clean, sleek look.

Nielsen explains the BROAN Ventilation Fan/Light with Soft Surround LED Lighting Technology (pictured below) is both attractive and functional. The fan/light is designed with high-quality lens diffusion to eliminate LED hot spots and beam light evenly throughout a room. With a 9-watt LED light housed in an integrated track, the fan/light is also extremely energy-efficient. Other benefits of the fan/light include:

• Maintenance-free convenience: The LED light lasts up to 25,000 hours, which means users will likely never have to replace it. This compares to compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs that last up to only 10,000 hours.

The fan is UL certified, allowing installation over bathtubs and showers when used with a GFCI circuit. It is also Insulation Contact (IC) rated for direct contact with insulation.
