Wil-Spec, founded in 1990, specializes in the preparation of architectural specifications.

The firm is dedicated to excellence in detailing and design by assisting architects in the preparation of their Contract Documents. Depending on services required by an architect, Wil-Spec has capacity to review drawings, assist with coordination of documents, help select building materials, provide design solitions for technical problems, and advise on bidding and contract procedures. Wil-Spec services are available to the architect from schematic design through construction bidding.

Wil-Spec prepares specifications and consults on approximately 70 to 90 projects annually. The construction value of each project ranges from $100,000 to over $100 million. We have specified a wierd variety of building types, including: Hospitals, outpatient facilities & medical research, Museums and aquariums, College / University student residences, education, laboratory, and athletic facilities, Libraries and theaters, Religious Institutions, Nursing homes and elderly living, Bio-genetics and other research laboratory facilities, Industrial & manufacturing facilities, Public housing, Interior retrofits and retail spaces.
