The patented TotalFlash® Cavity Wall Drainage Solution is a complete, factory-assembled masonry cavity wall flashing system. It combines a flashing membrane with a mortar dropping collection drainage mesh, drainage mesh weep tabs, drip edge and termination bar into a single, easy-to-install panel. It provides superior moisture protection, slashes labor costs, and can be custom configured for your job, usually at no additional charge.

 Key Features

• Available in both 50’ rolls and boxes of 10 pre-assembled 5’ 6” panels. (5’ net/panel, 50’ net/box)
• Pre-assembled panels are a complete drainage system and consist of a flashing membrane, a mortar dropping collection mesh, drainage mesh weep tabs, drip edge and termination bar  
• 50’ rolls consist of the integrated flashing membrane, a mortar dropping collection drainage mesh, and drainage mesh weep tabs. (Drip edges, termination bars, and termination bar mounting screws sold separately)
• On 50’ rolls, air- and water-tight lap joints or termination points may be formed with minimal waste at any point along the membrane
• 14" High inside/outside preformed corner boots and end dams, pre-formed metal 90° outside drip edge corners, metal adjustable drip edge corners and sealant sold separately
• Mortar dropping collection drainage mesh and weep tabs for all TotalFlash configurations are 90% open-weave polyester mesh
• Standard height for panels and rolls is 18”. Additional available sizes are 12”, 24”. (Custom sizes are available on request)
• FREE takeoff service and custom panel sizing

Included in each 10-panel box:

• 1 starter strip for left-to-right installation
• 100 self-tapping termination bar mounting screws
• Available component options for panels and rolls:
  • Membranes: Thermoplastic Vinyl, Rubberized Asphalt, Copper Laminate, TPO, EPDM
  • Drip edges: Stainless Steel, Cold-rolled Copper, Kynar^®-coated galvanized steel in 4 colors (Almond, Tan, Gray, Terra-cotta), or no drip edge
  • Termination bars: PVC, Stainless Steel, or no termination bar
