Ruskin Opens New Plant in Canada

Ruskin Company Canada is expanding our Canadian operations by opening a new 21,000 sq.ft. plant in Stoney Creek, Ontario. This plant complements existing production from Vancouver, BC giving us manufacturing facilities in both East and West areas of Canada. Ruskin Company Canada Inc. replaces the name Air Systems Limited (ASL) for both locations as well.

Lowell Wells, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, is the lead ME on the project and has this to say.

“We started planning the new Stoney Creek facility in 2009. This is a great opportunity to extend Ruskin manufacturing to a major population area of Canada. We are happy to rejoin our friends and customers in Eastern Canada as we once were a decade ago. We have personnel with good manufacturing backgrounds managing the plant. As our capacity and experience grows we will continue to add production lines to serve our customers’ needs.”
