This four-floor, mixed-use low rise building has ground level retail spaces and 31 residential units above. The apartments are 580-990 square feet (54-92 m2) in size.

Both STX 100 PRIMER and LEVELINE 15 underlayment were used to treat all floors in the retail areas and the residential units.
