For this project, EIFS was the perfect solution to bring together the building’s unique design elements. The exterior looks as if it has panels throughout, but SPG Construction, Inc. created each of those panels using EIFS, along with the Native American inspired medallion shown in the photo above - proving that any shape, color, or texture really is possible with Parex and EIFS.
SPG also utilized Parex 121 Dry HI (High Impact) and Intermediate Mesh for increased impact resistance, which led to savings in materials and labor. 121 Dry HI is a premium basecoat and adhesive for Parex EIFS and helps to achieve higher EIMA/ASTM impact classifications and offers improved workability.
