Montgomery Consulting Engineers, LLC offers complete structural design services for Residential, Commercial, Educational, and Industrial applications along with Structural Observation services.  We direct the majority of our services toward new construction, but also offer structural engineering services for renovations, rehabilitation, and additions.   We are a small, yet diverse engineering firm that can offer lower structural fees because of our limited overhead, along with a more personalized service for our clients.  We have found that keeping our office small has allowed us to consistently provide a quick turn around of value engineered designs, in turn, minimizing delays and construction costs for our clients.  Our mission is to use Value Engineering practices to provide structural engineering solutions unique to this market. We have developed an approach that uses a variety of different design and detailing techniques to minimize construction costs, a practice that is vital in this current economy. We offer this service for an array of projects including, but not limited to single family tract homes, single family custom homes, multi-family residential structures, commercial structures, and specialty structures.  Our Small Projects Division offers local contractors, developers, architects, and owner/builders efficient design, quick turn-around, and reasonable fees for smaller projects typically neglected by larger engineering firms.
