Blazeframe is an innovative approach using intumescent fire stop materials affixed to steel profiles to simultaneously frame and fire stop dynamic and static joints in standard cold-formed steel/gypsum fire-rated walls.

The cured intumescent is odor free, effective immediately, and unaffected by wet, freezing, humid, or hot (below 300 F) conditions. Protection and support of wall framing materials is provided for up to 2-inch joints. The design eliminates fire caulk, spray, flute plates, drywall rips, and contour drywall cuts throughout joint assemblies. Our composite profile designs allow for positive attachment of wall framing and 100% movement, maximizing smaller installed joints with no fatigue or degradation.
