Babcock-Davis introduces enhanced performance for our Service Stair Personnel Roof Hatches.
Single Door hatches with lengths greater than 5’ now include a more secure latch, improved safety and easier operation. Through internal testing Babcock-Davis has confirmed 90 psf wind uplift for sizes up to 4’x12’. In addition, our updated design includes an off-set handle for ease of reach.
