Services Performed:

Exterior Wall Panels:
Tilt-up concrete panels, the patterns and textures were created using formliners then Nawkaw stained the panels to give life to the new structure by adding color.

Cleaning Process:
All exterior concrete panels were cleaned with ProSoCo Heavy Duty Concrete Cleaner and hot water pressure wash in order to remove concrete release agent and general job site dirt. The cleaning process also produced a very light etching to the smooth face of the panels so that Nawkaw’s stain was able to permanently penetrate the face of the panels. The walls were then rinsed of any cleaning product residue with clean clear potable water.

A five color application was used to create a natural stone look throughout. All color selections were previously approved during a mock-up wall presentation completed months prior to the start of the job. Having a consistent color range throughout the entire building was the main goal set by the owner and architect. Decades of experience has made it possible for us to employ unique application techniques that create the natural appearances of brick, block, marble, and granite. Special care and planning to achieve a natural look.
