PIVOT-LOCK DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS

1. Scope

1.1 Product
Furnish a ___ x ___ size, Pivot-Lock building for in/exterior use as manufactured by Porta-King Building Systems, or preapproved equal. Building is shipped completely knocked down.

2. Materials

2.1 Wall Panels
Panels to be 3" thick with expanded polystyrene boardcore (UL Class 1). Interior to be vinyl-covered hardboard, exterior to be diamond embossed, anodized aluminum sheet. Panels to utilize the Pivot-Lock method of connection.

2.1.1 Optional wall finishes include: Painted steel, FRP board, simulated brick, stucco-embossed aluminum, high pressure laminate, aggregate stone.

2.2 Floor Structure
Concrete pad (by others) recommended.

2.2 Optional: Preassembled floor structure available with maintenance-free 3003 TREADBRITE aluminum safety treadplate, or vinyl tile.

2.3 Ceiling
Acoustical grid-type ceiling system with hanger tabs, and 2' x 4' lay-in acoustical board, and corrugated decking.

2.3 Optional: Ceiling to be 3/4" REDEX board with white vinyl laminated to interior side. Panel to carry a five (5) year warranty from swelling due to moisture absorption.

2.3 Optional: Pivot-Lock panel-type ceiling system with 3" thick panels, R-13.

2.4 Doors
Anodized aluminum doors shipped pre-hung, installed in the wall sections with butt hinges, key-in-knob lockset (shipped separately), and door threshold.

2.4 Optional: Doors to be sliding type.

2.5 Windows
Windows and doors to be factory glazed with clear tempered/safety glass. All glass to be shipped installed, on-site glazing is not required.

2.6 Electrical Service
Anodized aluminum extrusions to form tubular wireway, with removable cover, for concealed electrics. Provide _____ 115v duplex outlets, _____ 230v single outlets, ______ light fixtures, and 100 AMP circuit breaker box. All electrical devices to bear UL label. Wiring to be furnished and installed by others.

2.7 Exterior Roof
Exterior weatherproof roof to include a ribbed fascia trim with integral, self-contained gutters and to include a _____" overhang.
