Listed and Labeled as Gasketing Materials.

Tested in accordance with UL10B by

Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. .

Smoke Label: Smoke tested by WYLE Laboratories in accordance

with UL 1784-90; meets the requirements of NFPA

105.

5. INSTALLATION:

Installation to be performed in strict accordance with

manufacturer's instructions furnished with product.

Trim and fasten to header stop, Insure location before drilling

for screws as flat head countersunks do not allow for adjustment

after installing.

6. WARRANTY:

Guaranteed by manufacturer against defects in material or

workmanship for 3 years.
