* National Hardwood Lumber Assoc Grade #1 common or better.

* Kiln dried.

* Treated with high quality water seal.

4. INSTALLATION:

Installation to be performed in strict accordance with

manufacturer's instructions furnished with product.

Carefully cope to fit within the frame opening. Fasten with flat

head wood or machine screws provided and appropriate anchors as

required. Use a sealant or compound at all edges and joints.

5. WARRANTY:

Guaranteed by manufacturer against defects in material or

workmanship for 3 years.
